_About The Position_
_The Leadership & Organization Effectiveness Consultant will be responsible for organization development work at Ameren's Callaway Nuclear Energy Center in Fulton, MO. This role will report to Ameren's Director, Organization Effectiveness and Talent Development, while working closely with Callaway leadership and Nuclear Organizational Effectiveness, as well as other key stakeholders to ensure work is aligned with Ameren’s overall strategy and direction. Critical to success will be effective working relationships with Leadership and Organization Effectiveness team members, Ameren leadership, Callaway co-workers, and HR Business Partners._
This role is based out of Ameren's nuclear energy center in Fulton, MO.
_Key responsibilities include:_
+ Consult, design, and implement leadership and organization development solutions to achieve high impact results aligned with Ameren's Corporate Strategy and Callaway's Business Plan. Partner closely with L&OE and HR peers to ensure alignment of projects, priorities and resources.
+ Focus on ensuring talent process (Succession, Performance, etc.) efficiency, effectiveness and consistency in execution to meet critical talent and leadership needs. Identify process/leadership gaps and solutions to address. Leverage talent processes to rollup insights, risks, etc. and ensure meaningful plans are in place to execute.
+ Maintain strong focus on nuclear leadership and team behaviors expected (15-005/15-015), assess status and recommend solutions as appropriate to proactively address leadership needs.
+ Create and manage priorities and work plans, including communications, timelines, measurements and sustainability processes to support Organizational Development initiatives.
+ Work closely with Callaway Senior Leadership to determine critical needs aligned with Callaway's strategic goals and priorities to maintain a best in industry nuclear facility.
+ Partner with Callaway leadership and Nuclear Org Effectiveness to facilitate and deliver nuclear leadership training. Participate on industry working groups (e.g., OR Working Group) to identify nuclear training opportunities for Callaway.
+ Champion and support thinking and behavior changes aligned with organizational culture change and Callaway change initiatives.
+ Lead Callaway's self-assessment process based on targeted needs to continually learn and evolve processes ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Manage external vendor relationships/partners who are engaged in aspects of Ameren’s leadership assessment and programs/processes.
+ Stay current on research and practices in organization and leadership development. Deepen expertise within the team and transfer practices to clients and HR partners.
_Qualifications:_
+ An undergraduate degree is required; advanced degree preferred (e.g. MBA, HR, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Organizational Development (OD) Psychology, or related discipline).
+ **5+ years** of relevant professional level experience required (e.g. leadership development, succession planning, assessments, program design and management, research, and/or high impact organizational effectiveness consulting).
+ An undergraduate degree is required; advanced degree preferred (e.g. MBA, HR, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Organizational Development (OD) Psychology, or related discipline).
+ **8+ years** of relevant professional level experience required (e.g. leadership development, succession planning, assessments, program design and management, research, and/or high impact organizational effectiveness consulting).
_In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:_
+ A solid understanding of business concepts and strategic alignment
+ A pragmatic approach to achieving results
+ Strong communication and presentation skills
+ The ability to build relationships and work effectively with leadership
+ The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
+ The ability to coach leaders and consult on the needs of the team and business
_Additional Information:_
The Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness Consultant is a hybrid role. Hybrid employees are required to regularly come into their designated facility a minimum of 3 days per week.
Ameren’s selection process includes a series of interviews and may include candidate testing and/or an individual aptitude or skill-based assessment. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates.

Compensation Range:
$86,400.00 - $168,000.00
* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant’s credentials.
At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
