About the Job
The new Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) organization is designed to drive best-in-class capabilities across the board, to bring value and excellence in Sanofi’s commercial operations across its global organization and in local markets. This will be achieved through process and tool standardization, the removal of barriers between business units, and reduction in capability duplication.
The North America Go-To-Market Capabilities Omnichannel team (NA GTMC OC) will support Sanofi’s North American brand marketing teams to execute meaningful, customer centric, agile marketing across all of Sanofi’s channels. The team includes end-to-end campaign management capabilities, channel experts, day-to-day operations leads, and a transformation function responsible for the organization and delivery of continuous improvement to marketing operations processes.
The NA GTMC OC team has been created to:
+ Unlock true cross-brand omnichannel marketing capability and integrate innovation that accelerates brand marketing outcomes
+ Free up capacity in marketing teams to focus on brand and content strategy
+ Accelerate and standardize omnichannel operations processes
+ Improve sharing of best practice
+ Clarify accountabilities for day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long term improvement efforts
+ Realize efficiencies and economies of scale across the North America and Global marketing organizations
The **NA Omnichannel Dupixent Media Lead** is a pivotal leadership role within Sanofi’s Web and Media Personalization team. You will be responsible for leading and optimizing omnichannel media strategy and execution across both consumer and HCP segments for **Dupixent** , one of Sanofi’s most strategically important brands. With oversight of a **large annual media investment** , this leader will drive innovation, efficiency, and integration across a diverse set of indications and stakeholders, ensuring media plans align to brand objectives and broader franchise strategies.
You will lead a team of in-house experts and agency partners, navigating a complex joint venture environment while championing media excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and agile ways of working. This role requires a strong strategic vision, deep media and pharmaceutical expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and occasionally ambiguous environment.

Main Responsibilities:
Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Own the end-to-end media strategy and execution for Dupixent across US Consumer and HCP audiences.
+ Lead and coach a high-performing team of media experts, ensuring continuous growth and operational excellence.
+ Guide media planning in alignment with brand and franchise marketing strategies for all indications.
+ Manage external media agency partnerships to deliver efficient, data-driven media buying and optimize ROI.
+ Drive cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Digital, Data & Analytics, and Global teams to deliver integrated omnichannel marketing journeys.
+ Champion innovation, staying current on media trends and integrating emerging platforms and technologies that support business goals.
+ Optimize media operations, including budget management, performance tracking, and process improvement.
+ Contribute to omnichannel transformation initiatives, promoting standardization, governance, and upskilling across the organization.
+ Partner closely with Omnichannel Operations, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to ensure compliant and effective media execution.
+ Foster a culture of agility, test-and-learn, and customer-centricity across the broader team and partner ecosystem.
About You
Skills:
+ **Expert-level knowledge** of omnichannel media planning and buying across paid channels (TV, digital, programmatic, search, social, etc.)
+ **Deep pharma experience** across Consumer, HCP, and Payer audiences.
+ Proven leadership of **large teams and cross-functional initiatives** .
+ Strong **vendor and budget management** skills, with experience overseeing $50M+ annual spend.
+ Ability to navigate **complex stakeholder environments** and influence without authority.
+ Skilled in **media technology platforms** , analytics, and optimization tools.
+ Excellent communicator with **strategic storytelling ability** .
+ Highly organized, resilient, and proactive problem-solver.
+ Demonstrated experience leading media transformation and **operating in Agile environments** .
Work Experience:
+ 10+ years of experience in **media leadership roles** (agency or in-house), including pharma or regulated industry experience preferred.
+ 5+ years of **direct people management** experience, including leading teams of 8+ preferred.
+ Proven track record managing **large-scale media budgets** ($50M+), ideally in a joint venture or complex corporate structure.
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (MBA preferred).
+ Strong familiarity with **pharma compliance** , data privacy, and regulated marketing environments.

The salary range for this position is:
$172,500.00 - $287,500.00
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
