Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, tenant relations, and financial performance of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role ensures that properties are maintained to the highest standards, remain financially viable, and provide a positive experience for tenants and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned commercial properties (office, retail, or industrial).

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing maintenance requests, lease questions, and general concerns in a timely and professional manner.

+ Negotiate and enforce lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal standards.

+ Coordinate with maintenance and vendor teams to ensure properties are clean, safe, and operational at all times.

+ Prepare annual operating budgets, monitor property expenses, and ensure timely rent collections.

+ Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, capital improvements, and compliance with local regulations.

+ Manage capital projects and tenant improvement work, ensuring completion on time and within budget.

+ Collaborate with leasing agents and marketing teams to maximize occupancy rates.

+ Maintain accurate property records, including lease files, vendor contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documents.

+ Prepare monthly financial reports and present key performance indicators to ownership or senior management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

+ 3–5+ years of experience in commercial property management.

+ Strong knowledge of lease administration, property operations, budgeting, and building systems.

+ Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio).

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently.

+ Familiarity with relevant real estate laws, zoning codes, and safety regulations.
