Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Fort Collins, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining customer accounts, and delivering exceptional service to resolve inquiries. Responsibilities:

• Process credit applications with precision using accounting software.

• Maintain up-to-date customer credit records and oversee accounts receivable activities.

• Address and resolve billing-related inquiries and issues efficiently.

• Monitor customer accounts and take corrective actions when needed.

• Provide responsive customer service by handling inbound calls and addressing customer concerns.

• Execute billing functions using computerized systems to ensure accuracy.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline billing operations and enhance efficiency.

• Generate reports to track billing performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures in all billing activities. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems.

• Strong understanding of computerized billing processes.

• Experience with accounts receivable management.

• Excellent communication skills for handling inbound calls and inquiries.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Familiarity with billing processes and related accounting functions.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
