    Description

    Seeking a professional and reliable individual to provide two-week coverage as a Receptionist at a local Trust Bank. Responsibilities include answering a multi-line phone system, greeting and assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner, handling basic customer service inquiries, performing data entry tasks with accuracy, and managing daily email correspondence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a welcoming front desk environment.

     

    Requirements • Proficiency in using a multi-line phone system.

     

    • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

    • Experience in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and efficiently.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Excellent organizational skills for file management and appointment scheduling.

    • Strong interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships within the workplace.
