Role Overview:
This position supports key financial functions and office operations, reporting directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate will work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day processes and contribute to broader operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Accounts Payable: Support AP processes, analyze invoices/expense reports, and ensure timely payments.
+ Vendor Coordination: Serve as the liaison for vendor relationships and coordinate with corporate banking partners.
+ Payroll & Benefits: Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll inputs, administer HSA plans, and assist with benefits and compensation processes.
+ Internship Program: Support intern onboarding/offboarding, including background checks and change processing.
+ Financial Transactions: Accurately manage wire and ACH transactions.
+ Compensation & Benefits: Prepare annual compensation statements and assist with insurance and benefits renewals.
+ Project Support: Help with payroll provider transitions and implement voluntary benefit plans.
+ Accounting & Tax Support:
+ Review management company ledgers and assist with quarterly/year-end closings.
+ Prepare materials for external tax advisors and review draft returns and K-1 packages.
+ Assist with timely tax filings and compliance reporting (e.g., SOI, franchise, property, and use taxes).
+ Prepare budgets, forecasts, and quarterly budget-to-actual analyses.
+ Review financial statements for managed funds.

Requirements
Qualifications/Experiences:
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial operations, accounts payable, payroll administration, or a similar role.
Skills:
+ Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities.
+ Capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
Technology Proficiency:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
+ Experience with financial and payroll systems such as Bill.com and Paychex is preferred.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
