Description

We are partnering with a downtown Los Angeles, high-end boutique law firm seeking a dynamic litigation paralegal! This firm is known for its complex litigation work, collaborative culture, and long-term employee retention. About the Role: The ideal candidate will support a small group of attorneys handling complex commercial litigation matters from case intake through trial. You’ll be trusted with substantive responsibilities and will work closely with attorneys in all phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage case files and maintain document organization throughout all stages of litigation

+ Draft, proofread, and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions

+ Coordinate and manage large-scale discovery, including e-discovery platforms Handle court filings (state and federal), including e-filing and deadlines tracking

+ Assist in deposition prep, witness coordination, and trial binders Conduct legal and factual research as needed

+ Track deadlines and manage attorneys’ litigation calendars Support trial preparation and attend trials as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in complex civil litigation

+ Strong understanding of California state and federal court rules and procedures

+ Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

+ ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred Team-oriented with strong communication skills
