Key Responsibilities

+ Provide in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting to support decision-making and business planning.

+ Partner with key stakeholders to develop budgets, track performance, and prepare variance analyses.

+ Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create actionable insights and improve overall financial performance.

+ Present detailed financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

+ Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies while ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications

+ Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst (or similar financial analysis role).

+ Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).

+ Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and business operations.

+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial data in an understandable way.

+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA highly desirable).

Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP R/3.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to perform detailed ad hoc financial analyses with accuracy.

• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and ASP for reporting and presentations.

• Knowledge of purchase order processes and supplier agreements.

• Capability to train team members on financial procedures and tools.

• Experience in streamlining processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
