    Description Robert Half has partnered with a client of ours in the Coppell area looking to bring on a Customer Account Specialist for a contract to permanent opportunity. The requirement for this position is order entry as they are dealing directly with high volume customer orders.

     

    Details : please read all the details below, if this position interest you and you qualify – phone screenings will begin tomorrow morning 4/1 · $20/hr. · Contract to permanent! · Coppell, TX 75019 · Onsite for contract (5 months) then Hybrid once brought on permanent! (2 days WFH) The role centers on building relationships with clients' customers and entails accurately managing orders, queries, and communications. Timely and precise documentation is integral to this role, and the ability to communicate effectively among various internal departments. Key Responsibilities Include: Establishing clear and efficient communication with customers via phone, fax, online chat, or email- Mostly email Precisely documenting communications and actions for transparency and follow-up purposes. Processing customer orders in a timely and accurate fashion. Responding to customer queries about order status, pricing, return requests, product availability, and backorders. Coordinating with our internal warehouse personnel for special orders, rush orders, emergency orders, or to resolve order/shipment discrepancies. Engaging directly with clients on matters relating to allocation and backorder release. Upholding and exceeding departmental and individual performance metrics such as schedule adherence, average handle time, attendance, and call quality. Escalating critical or complex issues to the appropriate level of management in a detail oriented and organized manner. Flexibility to take on other duties as assigned.
