Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and process invoices timely and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

+ Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure seamless communication.

+ Maintain detailed records of billing transactions, adjustments, and account reconciliations.

+ Partner with clients to address billing inquiries and deliver exceptional support.

+ Analyze complex billing issues and proactively implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

+ Assist with month-end financial reporting and audit preparations to ensure integrity and consistency.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

+ Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related role.

+ Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail—missing a number? Not on your watch!

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for digging into the details and finding solutions.

+ Proficiency in financial systems and billing software (bonus points for Excel masters).

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients seamlessly.

Experience in Logistics is a Plus!

Have you worked in the logistics space before? Fantastic! Your understanding of industry-specific complexities—from freight billing to shipment reconciliations—will give you a leg up in addressing unique billing scenarios.
