    Job Title: Bookkeeper

     

    Job Type: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

    About the Role:

    Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to join their team and support the day-to-day financial operations. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, handling billing, reconciliations, and supporting month-end close processes.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

    + Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank accounts

    + Process payroll or work with third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll

    + Prepare and send invoices; follow up on past-due payments

    + Maintain general ledger and support journal entries

    + Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

    + Generate financial reports and provide data to leadership or external accountants

    + Maintain and organize financial files and documents

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

    Compensation & Benefits:

    + $55,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)

    + Full benefits package including medical, dental, and 401(k)

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

    + Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop), Excel, and accounting software

    + Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger entries

    + Excellent attention to detail and time management

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
