Imagine One is hiring a Junior Program Analyst to support our NAVAIR (PMA-275), V-22 FMS Japan Program Management Support Services (PMSS) contract in the area of Program Logistics Support. Work will be performed at Patuxent River Naval Station, Maryland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following requirements:

**Principal Requirements:** The Program Analyst, Journeyman supports program related tasks in support of FMS pre-case, initial and sustaining requirements, case execution, reconciliation and case closure activities. The Program Analyst, Journeyman supports the program in the execution of all assigned activities. Participates in meetings to support program objectives. Assists with program management, technical, logistical or business analysis. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. Collect, complete and organize technical data relating to logistics programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules.

Duties and responsibilities:

The Program Analyst is responsible for performing program management and business analysis. Participate as a member of and/or support the specified Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs); attending directed business meetings; collect, complete, organize and interpret program and logistics information relating to aircraft weapon/acquisition and product programs.

Must possess strong business acumen skills of team building, negotiation, decision-making, time management, and organization skills. Must also be able to effectively articulate ideas (both orally and in writing), apply strategic/critical thinking skills, and have the ability to meet and effectively converse with people at all levels. Must be a highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment handling sensitive/proprietary documents. The ability to prepare concise and targeted briefing content and deliver "to the point" presentations to decision makers is essential.

The Junior Program Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements:

+ Provide program office analysis support.

+ Participate in meetings and supports specified Program IPTs.

+ Track program/project status and schedules, takes minutes, prepares presentations, reports, studies, documentation.

+ Perform tasks under supervision.

+ MS Office 365 (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)

Desired Experience:

+ Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills

+ Microsoft Access

+ Logistics knowledge of parts tracking

+ DD1149 requisition forms development

+ Foreign Disclosure Sanitization requirements

Required Experience:

+ One (1) to three (3) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline

+ Junior level person is responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior position

Educational Requirements:

+ BA/BS Degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline

+ Allowable Substitution: an AA/AS degree and an additional 4 years’ experience

**Security Requirements:** U.S. Citizenship required; candidate must have a Secret clearance OR must be eligible to apply and be granted interim DoD interim clearance prior to employment
