Overview
The CSS Kanban Coordinator is responsible for the processing, organizing, and preparation of the incoming workflow for the automated production team. This role works closely with the other Production Coordinators in the facility to organize workflow to meet internal and external delivery SLAs. The individual will have the ability to utilize tools and processes to ensure operational goals are met. This role will regularly interact with the Operations Managers, production teams, and other CSS leaders as needed.
Responsibility Areas
Prepare production reports to facilitate daily job needs.
Respond to client teams regarding stock levels, usage rates, and job needs.
Manage a shared inbox to process incoming requests in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate inventory levels in the Kanban area.
Submit accurate and timely replenishment orders of materials.
Perform daily department audits to ensure accurate inventory.
Assist with project setup, quality control, and closing.
Responsible for proper inventory usage and reorders.
Meet production schedules by ensuring all work is completed on-time, accurately, and 100% complete.
Qualifications:
Formal Education & Certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Experience:
Operations experience with 1-3 years’ experience in fulfillment operations or production background preferred.
1-3 years’ experience with production management software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Personal Attributes
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability for assigned work.
Flexible and adaptable with a demonstrated ability to recognize the need to change the priorities to meet the business needs.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete the daily workload to meet deadlines.
Team player with ability to work independently.
Ability to handle high volume and occasional overtime during peak months.
Willingness to learn skills in other areas of the business as needed.
Work Conditions
Role may require standing for a significant portion of the workday.
In some areas, this may include lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
Flexible work hours and occasional overtime may be required to provide coverage across shifts and meet deadlines.
Participate in collaborative team environment with daily department meetings.
Facility is climate controlled.
This role will include the need to cross-train in other functional areas (training provided).

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
29,800.00 USD
Maximum :
47,200.00 USD
