Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a **Physician Assistant (PA)** to join a premier Neuro Interventional Radiology (NIR) team at a leading academic health system in New York. Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in complex NIR procedures such as thrombectomies, aneurysm coiling, embolizations, and CT-guided injections
+ Conduct thorough pre- and post-procedure assessments, including patient histories, physical exams, and discharge planning
+ Review and correlate diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, angiography) with clinical evaluations
+ Provide surgical first-assist support in neurovascular interventions
+ Manage inpatient and outpatient care plans in coordination with ICU, neurology, and neurosurgery teams
+ Respond to neurovascular emergencies, including stroke alerts, and participate in the on-call rotation
+ Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery expectations, and follow-up care
+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
+ Contribute to research, data collection, and process improvement efforts
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
+ Licensed and registered PA in New York State; NCCPA certified
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred in NIR, neurology, neurosurgery, or interventional radiology
+ Strong clinical and procedural skills with ability to work independently
+ Proficiency in EKG interpretation, imaging protocols, and pharmacologic management
+ Familiarity with equipment such as EMR, PACS, contrast injectors, patient monitoring devices, and venous localization tools
**Salary:** $80.19-$98.43 per hour, based off education and experience
