Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
The Administrative Assistant will support leadership within the purchasing team of a customer service division. This role involves coordinating a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare for quarterly 'All Hands' meetings by reporting and compiling information.
+ Schedule and support meetings, including onsite supplier visits.
+ Assist leadership with presentations and administrative tasks.
+ Coordinate special events and supplier visits.
+ Communicate with facilities management for building maintenance and seating arrangements.
+ Act as move coordinator, overseeing activities related to building maintenance.
+ Help with presentation materials and metrics coordination, updating Excel and PowerPoint documents.
+ Manage calendars and scheduling efficiently within MS Office applications.
+ Work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment, adapting to different personalities and dealing with ambiguity.
Essential Skills
+ Strong project coordination skills.
+ Excellent administrative support abilities.
+ Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations.
+ Experience in project management and calendaring.
+ Ability to coordinate and report administrative activities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ An opportunity to grow into a buyer assistant or buyer role if desired.
Work Environment
The role requires working onsite on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work options available on Monday and Friday. The work environment is fast-paced and corporate, involving interaction with diverse personalities and managing ambiguity.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
