    Job Title: Executive Administrator

    Job Description

    The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to Sr. VP on the Business Development team. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and communications. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary liaison between the Business Development team and other departments, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage complex and dynamic calendars for Business Development leaders.

    + Coordinate domestic and international travel, including preparing detailed itineraries.

    + Prepare, review, and submit expense reports via the company’s expense system, such as Concur or Expensify.

    + Draft and edit internal and external communications, presentations, and reports.

    + Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between Business Development and other departments or external partners.

    + Maintain executive contact lists, tracking systems, and documentation.

    + Monitor key deliverables, action items, and deadlines, ensuring follow-through.

    + Conduct research or compile background materials for meetings or strategy sessions.

    + Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with discretion.

    Essential Skills

    + 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership.

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt quickly.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and expense management platforms.

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    + High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Prior experience in a sales or business development environment.

    + Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This role requires onsite presence five days a week, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment where you will work closely with business leaders and collaborate across various department

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
