    This role is at the Indianapolis Radioligand Therapeutic facility, formerly Point Biopharma.  Indy RLT is responsible for the commercial launch of RLTs, supply of late-stage investigational products, and scale-up/optimization for Ph3 and commercial launches.

    Responsibilities:

    The TS/MS - Primary Loop is a key member in a cross-functional team who provides technical assistance and guidance on the production floor to achieve reliable and compliant manufacture of radiopharmaceutical drug product to predetermined global quality standards via a detailed set of manufacturing instructions and procedures. This role is the expert for the execution of the control strategy of the process(es) for which they are assigned. Key objectives and deliverables include:

     

    + Have a holistic understanding/knowledge of the product/process, and its associated equipment, facilities, computer system and operations.

    + Understand and executing the process control strategy including the key process parameters, critical quality attributes.

    + Understand product history and potential failure modes of the process.

    + Translate process requirement and education to the Process team members.

    + Own process related deviations, corrective and preventative actions, and changes.

    + Lead process related root cause analysis and provide expert process knowledge in all incident investigations (e.g. by using data history and other sources to extract relevant process parameters).

    + Maintaining awareness of issues and progress their resolution ensuring that management are notified through approved escalation procedures.

    + Assist with maintenance of master batch records, and assuring they remain accurate.

    + Prepare and/or review technical documents such as technical studies and summary reports.

    + Serve as a liaison to other scientific and/or technical experts outside the process team such as Secondary Loop SMEs and Molecule Stewards.

    + Participate in development and implementation of process improvement, to improve process control, yield, purity, and / or productivity.

    + Routinely monitor process capability, analyzing them by using statistical tools to understand and reduce sources of variability continuously improve the process.

    + Maintain a safe work environment by working safely and supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals.

    Basic Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in scientific disciplines such as Chemistry, Radiochemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Bio/Chemical Engineering.

    + 1+ year of relevant industry experience

    + Good communication skills, especially attention to detail in written procedures and protocol development.

    + High degree of technical curiosity and critical thinking.

    + High learning agility.

    + Strong leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.

    + Use of data and science to support decisions.

    + Willingness to learn new technologies.

    + Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

    Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

     

    $64,500 - $167,200

     

    Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
