    Job Title: Procurement Specialist

    A dynamic and mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalProcurement Analystto support its purchasing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will analyze procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance.

    + Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies.

    + Assist in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.

    + Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

    + Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management on procurement metrics and KPIs.

    + Ensure compliance with organizational policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.

    + Support the implementation of procurement systems and process improvements.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

    + 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis (healthcare experience preferred).

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and procurement software (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle).

    + Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
