    We’re hiring skilled CNC Swiss Machinists for a leading manufacturer in Lakewood, NJ. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.     Shift/Pay:

    • 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (OT available)

    • Pay Range: $28.00 – $32.00/hr (based on experience)

    Description:

    - Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines

     

    - Perform minor program edits and adjustments using Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls (knowledge and regular practice of editing GD&T or G&M code)

     

    - Machine precision parts from CAD models and drawings

     

    - Troubleshoot and resolve basic machinery issues

     

    - Machine parts from various metals aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel

     

    - Perform changeovers of materials and tooling selection

     

    - Collaborate with engineering and design team to provide job status updates and communicate relevant information

     

    - Recommend any tool offsets or program edits needed

     

    - Perform quality inspections of final parts with calipers, micrometers, dials, gauges, etc.

     

    - Will be making parts used with tight tolerances +/- .001-.003

     

    - CNC Programming experience is a - Manual machining experience is a HUGE **Qualifications/Skills:**

     

    - 2-3 years of experience with Swiss CNC set up and operation

     

    - Ability to read blueprints

     

    - Ability to make adjustments on speeds, depths, feeds on machinery

     

    - Consistent work history

     

    - Experience performing changeovers and tooling changes

    Benefits:

    + Vacation time: 40 hours available after 1 year, 8 hours added yearly for each additional year worked at Jesel

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
