    CDL-B Driver

    **Location:** Chilton, WI

    **Reports To:** Onsite Dispatcher / Terminal Manager

    **Employment Type:** Full-Time

    **Pay:** $25-$30/hour

    Position Overview

    We’re looking for a skilled and safety-conscious **CDL-B Driver & Warehouse Operator** to join our team. This is a **hybrid role** that combines driving with hands-on warehouse responsibilities. If you’re a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for logistics, we want to hear from you!

    Equipment You’ll Operate

    + **Curtain Van** – Transport IBCs (250g & 330g totes) and pump off hazmat materials using a diaphragm pump.

    + **5500g Liquid Bulk Tanker** – Deliver bulk hazmat liquids (e.g., 50% sodium hydroxide).

    + **53ft Van Trailer** – Deliver both hazmat and non-hazmat materials.

    + **26ft Box Truck with Lift Gate** – Handle a mix of hazmat and non-hazmat deliveries.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Safely operate all listed vehicles and equipment.

    + Handle hazmat materials with full PPE at all times.

    + Perform warehouse duties including:

    + Forklift operation

    + Inventory management

    + Truck loading/unloading

    + General labor tasks as assigned

    Skills & Qualifications

    + **Required:**

    + Valid **CDL with Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements**

    + Clean driving record

    + 5+ years of driving experience (or less for the right candidate)

    + Strong customer service and communication skills

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

    + Self-motivated and able to work independently

    + **Preferred:**

    + Experience with hazmat handling and warehouse operations

    + Forklift certification

    Safety First

    + PPE is mandatory when handling hazardous materials.

    + Adherence to all DOT and company safety protocols is required.

    + **No supervisory responsibilities**

    + **Travel:** Local/regional deliveries only

    + **Physical Demands:** Moderate lifting, standing, and equipment operation
