    Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

     

    As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery used in the production of vinyl flooring. You will work on various machines including conveyors, bearings, chains, roll mixers, waste stations, heaters, extruders, mixers, rollers, and boxing machines. This position also offers the opportunity to train in high voltage troubleshooting, PLC troubleshooting, etc.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $38480.00 - $38480.00/yr.

     

    1. pay is good for the area

    2. $2000 sign on bonus paid out over 4 months ($500/month)

    3. $250 attendance bonus paid out every month for no missed work (can miss up to 5x a month if have a dr note or use PTO up to 5x a month and it will not count against you. If everyone on team meets attendance bonus - extra $100/month for a total of $350/month

    4. benefits including full medical, dental, vision, 401k etc.

    5. 90 hours of PTO to start, year 3 increases to 120 hours

    6. Give out turkeys/hams for thanksgiving

    7. Holiday party for employees and signifcant others at christmas with a $300 year end bonus

    8. relaxed environment
