Industrial Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing a range of industrial equipment, including plastic extrusion machines, robot, and conveyors. The ideal candidate will have experience with 480V electrical systems and basic PLC troubleshooting.

This position operates on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule from 5 PM to 5:30 AM.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment: extruder, hydraulic presses, hoppers, conveyor, etc.

+ Mostly electrical troubleshooting

+ 480V

+ All of their machinery is integrated with HMI’s with access to the PLC for simplistic troubleshooting

+ Role will be mostly reactive (80%)

+ Given CMMS work orders for any reactive maintenance needs

+ Maintenance lead will split work for any reactive maintenance so communication is extremely important

Must Have:

+ Experience with industrial 480V troubleshooting.

+ Proficiency in industrial mechanical maintenance.

+ Knowledge of low voltage systems (24V-480V).

+ Electrical troubleshooting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $70720.00/yr.
