    Job** **Title: Foreman (Relocation Required – Assistance Provided)

    Job Description

    **We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to join our team in Eagle, Colorado** . This role requires **relocation to the job site** , and **relocation assistance is available** to help make your transition smooth and stress-free.

     

    As a Foreman, you will spend approximately 95% of your time leading and managing the job site, with minimal hands-on work except during occasional downtimes. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role with a company that values growth, education, and work-life balance.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage a team effectively on-site.

    + Oversee commercial construction projects with budgets of $1 million or more.

    + Supervise and coordinate the work of 20+ crew members.

    + Ensure quality installation of metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings in various commercial settings, including hospitals, schools, multifamily housing, and ski resorts.

    Essential Skills

    + 6–8 years of relevant construction experience.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Proficiency with power and hand tools.

    + Knowledge of metal and steel framing, drywall installation, and general construction techniques.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Prior experience as a foreman in commercial construction.

    + Skilled in installing acoustical ceilings.

    + Accurate measurement skills using tape measures.

    + Strong general labor and site management capabilities.

    Work Environment

    + Standard 40-hour work week, typically structured as either 5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days, depending on project needs.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
