Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
+ 10 years of experience working with a scaled environment.
+ 10 years of experience in Global Mobility/Global Talent Mobility.
+ Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, managing large-scale transformation projects, and developing and executing a mobility or immigration service vision.
+ Strong people, communication and leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and ability to formulate data-driven proposals, with a strong bias to action.
+ Strong process design skills.
+ Deep domain expertise in US immigration and global mobility concepts.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As a Global Process Owner for US Immigration, you'll help define the operational strategy and delivery for the immigration function. Developing an effective long-term roadmap, you'll oversee improvements to processes and technology to support the US immigration and global mobility strategy design. You'll aggregate performance metrics and insights to deliver business reviews and drive a multi-year service roadmap. With deep subject matter expertise in mobility and immigration and cross-functional collaboration, this role supports PX delivery decisions and maintains People Operations (POps) and vendor partnerships for our organization. You'll partner with peers in other regions, Recruiting, People Consultants, People Partners, and vendors to enable the delivery of mobility and immigration services.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Provide strategic direction for the evolution of our global PX service delivery and resourcing model for the US Immigration and global mobility functions to deliver exceptional Googler experiences. Ensure cross-regional alignment of resources.
+ Enhance the end-to-end global mobility and immigration operations within the organization to facilitate meaningful and effective partner discussions.
+ Design process and program improvements with a consideration for global needs, advise partners on risks, dependencies, timing, and/or technology considerations.
+ Advocate for our candidates, Googlers, and delivery organization to our stakeholders, Product Operations, and Tooling teams. Develop the PX roadmap, taking client requirements into account, consulting on the value of PX, and determining necessary service portfolio adjustments that scale with business needs.
