ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior** **Business Analyst** to join our team in **Stafford, VA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of large-scale cyber/IT support
+ Lead coordination with technical experts to gather and validate data for the timely delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) that adhere to Government standards
+ Perform business process analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined procedures to enhance efficiency
+ Leverage their analytical skills to collect, interpret, and present data, providing valuable insights to support contract performance monitoring and informed decision-making
+ Possess a deep understanding of Government contracting processes and regulations, and assist in contract modifications, budget tracking, and the preparation of stakeholder briefings
+ Function as a primary liaison with Government stakeholders, facilitating clear and consistent information flow
+ Provide quality assurance, implementing control measures and conducting thorough reviews to maintain the highest standards of deliverables
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a required bachelor’s degree
+ 9+ years of relevant business analyst experience.
+ Proven experience specifically managing and delivering Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) in a Government contracting environment.
+ Demonstrated experience with business process analysis and improvement.
+ Significant experience with data analysis and reporting, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of Government contracting processes and regulations (e.g., FAR).
Desired Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ Experience working on cyber/IT support contracts.
+ Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, agile-informed).
+ Experience with Government-specific reporting tools and systems.
+ Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
+ Familiarity with systems such as SharePoint.
+ Relevant Business Analyst certifications; relevant project management certifications.
+ Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
Clearance Requirements:
+ Must have an active Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
