**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior** **Project Manager** to join our team in **Doral, FL** .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ The Project Manager III plans, executes, and oversees projects, providing strategic guidance and leadership to ensure successful completion

+ Assigning the right individuals and resolving team conflicts or challenges

+ Support the execution of SCITES 2 projects through managed oversight to meet assigned DoDIN Operations Services projects

+ They use project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure

+ Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure that team members perform effectively and contribute to project success

+ Oversee risk management, providing guidance in higher-level risk decisionmaking, aligning risk management practices with organizational goals, and overseeing risk management strategies

+ Establish communication strategies for stakeholders and senior management, managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders and ensuring strategic stakeholder management

+ Perform budget planning, resource allocation, and financial management, and are accountable for ensuring that projects and assigned mission area subsets are completed successfully, on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

+ BA/BS in field necessary to assume Project Manager or an additional 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a required bachelor’s degree

+ 9+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience within a project management role.

+ Experience and proficiency with project management tools and software, such as Jira and Confluence.

+ Experience with agile-informed methodologies. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects of varying complexity. Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., PMI, agile, waterfall).

+ Expertise in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

+ Proven ability to lead and manage project teams, including assembling teams, assigning tasks, and resolving conflicts.

Desired Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering.

+ Experience with specific project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

+ Experience with project portfolio management. Familiarity with change management principles. Active PMP certification. ITIL Foundation certificate.

+ DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II certification.

+ Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements:

+ Must have an active Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
