The Role
Corporate Affairs Project Lead oversees the delivery of major cross-CA projects within scope and schedule. You’ll be the driving force for every aspect of a program’s success, and the “conductor” who orchestrates everyone’s efforts to make beautiful music together. As Corporate Affairs Project Lead, you have command of a very full and detail-oriented calendar. You’ll be constructing detailed project plans, coordinating teams, and leading meetings, status calls, and planning and cadence meetings and advise on amplification plans and execution, incl. metric and reporting.
But as important as planning and organization are, communication is 90% of the job. You’re the single point of contact with all stakeholders, supporting them and ensuring they get what they need. You’re also the bridge to every other team on the project, including withing and as needed outside of the CA team. The result is an exciting multicultural, often multilingual environment. Bottom line: You need to like interactions with other people and know how to be kind and empathetic but also assertive — and handle requests with diplomacy.
Key Responsibilities:
+ You will be primarily responsible for supporting the foundational thought leadership project, working closely with the Director, Corporate Affairs CoE: Project Management Support: Assisting with project planning, execution, and monitoring.
+ Planning: Supporting development of project scope, timelines and resource allocation.
+ Execution: Working with CA COE Director to implement the project plan, coordinate resources, and manage tasks.
+ Monitoring and Control: Tracking progress, identifying risks, and making necessary adjustments.
+ Communication: Assisting with the engagement of stakeholders, developing presentations and reports for stakeholders, and providing regular updates.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
+ Preferred -3 years professional experience in Corporate Affairs domains (Communications, Government Affairs, Sustainability or Social Impact)
+ Strong organization and planning skills
+ Teamwork with “one team” philosophy
+ Excellent communicator – with superb written, design and verbal communication skills
+ Fluent in English
+ High level of problem solving
+ Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $61,560 to $117,000 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $67,680 to $140,400
Colorado: $61,560 to $117,000
New York City: $73,920 to $140,400
Washington: $67,680 to $128,760
Washington DC: $67,680 to $128,760
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
