    Job Summary

    As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating forecasts, developing budgets, and providing insights into driving business performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and can communicate complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders.

    Essential Functions

    + Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

    + Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

    + Perform variance analysis on financial results vs. budget/forecast and explain key drivers.

    + Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.

    + Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Sales, Marketing) to analyze business performance.

    + Support strategic initiatives, investment analyses, and ad-hoc projects with financial insights.

    + Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth through data-driven analysis.

    + Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data used in reporting and analysis.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).

    + 3–6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.

    + Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Business Objects).

    + Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support, including for RFPs and new business.

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

    + Understanding of P&L analysis and GAAP logic

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences.

    + High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift

    + Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs

    + Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
