    What You’ll Do

    + ?? Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

    + ?? Adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs

    + ?? Monitor and assess student progress

    + ?? Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

    + ?? Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families

    What You Bring

    + ?? Bachelor’s Degree (Associate’s Degree considered)

    + ? Valid Michigan Special Education Teaching Certification

    OR Substitute Teacher License with relevant experience in special education or mental health

    + ?? Minimum 1 year of experience working with students with special needs

    + ??? Strong communication and organizational skills
