Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an Associate Director of Marketing Access Marketing, Oncology, located in Horsham, PA. This role will be an integral part of the Value, Access, and Pricing (VAP) team within the Strategic Customer Group (SCG) organization.
For context, the SCG provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The SCG also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.

The Associate Director, Market Access Marketing, will support the Director in building a coordinated and overarching SCG market access strategy and execution plan in support of RYBREVANT and LAZCLUZE within the Lung Cancer franchise.
The successful incumbent will specifically be responsible for:
+ Developing end-to-end market access strategies and customer tactics (e.g., payer value proposition) in alignment with Brand Strategy and the needs of the SCG customer base
+ Collaborating with and establishing strong functional partnerships with brand partners, account teams and SCG functional leads
+ Developing of and measuring progress against brand access goals to enable net trade sales in accordance with gross-to-net forecast
+ Creating and leading exchange forums to collect, interpret and share customer/market insights; and translating these into strategy and tactics
+ Building and executing thoughtful training plans for payer and institutional account teams, ensuring proficiency and preparedness for market events
+ Preparing and delivering content for Launch Readiness Reviews, Market Access Readiness Reviews, National Meetings, Fast Start Meetings and New Hire Training within the SCG
+ Driving SCG partner requirements across the Integrated Evidence Team (IET) to ensure data generation plans enhance the brand value proposition
Qualifications:
Education:
BA/BS required, MBA preferred
Experience and Skills:
The candidate must:
+ Demonstrate expertise/proficiency with strategy development, marketing, analytics, healthcare market dynamics and general commercial acumen
+ Possess the ability to work effectively, collaborate and thrive within a fast-paced, dynamic and matrixed team environment
+ Effectively interact and instill trust among a broad range of personnel across levels and functions
+ Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to defend business rationale, influence without authority and facilitate consensus-building
+ Be able to lead and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred:
+ Brand marketing experience
+ Market access-related experience
+ Prior experience within Lung Cancer therapies or Oncology in general
+ Familiarity with agency management and promotional content creation, including managing the Medical/Legal review process (i.e., CAC)
