Job Summary: Dockside is one of the Coeur d'Alene Resort's most beloved restaurants, known for its waterfront views and guest-first service. We're looking for an Expo who can help keep things running smoothly between the kitchen and the dining room. In this role, you'll be the central point of communication between servers and the Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook, making sure every plate is prepped, correct, and beautifully presented before it reaches the guest.

What You'll Do
+ Finish and garnish dishes before they head out of the kitchen
+ Prepare house and substitution salads for entrees
+ Pour dressings and sauces for salads and entrees
+ Organize food on trays in the correct order for delivery to tables
+ Help pack and double-check To-Go orders for accuracy
+ Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift
+ Keep ticket times on track with Dockside's standards
+ Be ready to move quickly and stay focused in a busy, high-energy environment
+ Handle allergy-related orders with care and communicate clearly with the team
+ Lift and carry up to 15 pounds as needed
This is a fast-paced, team-driven role where you'll work closely with both front and back of house. It's a great opportunity to build experience in kitchen operations and guest service.
What We're Looking For
+ Experience: Ideally, 1+ year of restaurant or hospitality experience
+ Skills: Basic food and beverage service knowledge, with the ability to read and speak English
+ Traits: Strong attention to detail, steady under pressure, and a clear communicator
+ Schedule: Shifts range from 5 to 10 hours; schedule will vary based on business needs
