Shape the Backbone of Modern Supply Chains

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced **OTM Business Planner III** to support our client in the Consumer Products industry, working directly on a high-impact **Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)** project. This is your opportunity to lead functional enhancements, resolve real-world logistics challenges, and improve systems used by one of the world’s most recognized beverage companies.  This is a 12-month assignment with high potential for extension or permanent conversion — ideal for someone ready to commit to a long-term opportunity in a tech-forward, fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

Support Business Users (50%)

+ **Act as first-line support** for transportation planning, procurement, settlement, and carrier-related OTM issues

+ Manage and prioritize a shared **email inbox handling 120+ messages daily**

+ Troubleshoot recurring issues and coordinate with IT for permanent solutions

+ Serve as a liaison between business users and IT, especially for technical escalations

+ **_Monitor and resolve system interface issues (OTM to SAP, EDI, FourKites, etc.)_**

+ Deliver training and maintain detailed job aids, guides, and support materials

+ Manage and update OTM master data to reflect evolving business needs

Lead Projects and Testing (50%)

+ Lead functional OTM projects to implement system improvements and enhancements

+ Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quarterly patch testing

+ Oversee EDI testing for onboarding new transportation partners and carriers

+ Identify and drive process improvements within OTM to boost performance and user satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

+ **5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting OTM**

+ **Strong functional knowledge of OTM modules: Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, Financials, etc.**

+ Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex OTM issues

+ Experience managing high-volume email communication and user support

+ **SQL and SAP experience required**

+ Excellent documentation, communication, and training skills

+ Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred:

+ Based in Atlanta, GA (strongly preferred for potential long-term engagement or onsite needs)

+ Experience liaising between IT and business functions

+ Track record of leading testing, patching, and EDI integrations

**Pay Details:** $104.40 to $110.29 per hour
