    Overview

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    As the Business Development, Executive of Data Sales at Epsilon, you will lead and drive new agency opportunities and sales efforts related to data audiences for Advanced TV Advertising applications such as Addressable TV, CTV, and Data Driven Linear direct buys! You will strategize, collaborate, and complete sales plans, aiming to improve the impact of data-driven solutions. You’ll report to the Senior Vice President of Data Solutions!

     

    As the Business Development Executive of Data Sales, you will be a visionary leader who will pioneer Epsilon’s position as a trusted data partner for agencies and the brands they work for. You’ll craft the future of data-driven marketing in these dynamic regions by building a growing client base and directly contributing to Epsilon’s growth. You'll embrace innovation and be at the forefront of Epsilon’s innovative data-driven marketing solutions, helping businesses harness the power of data to achieve their goals.

     

    What You’ll Achieve

    Sales Planning and Execution:

    + Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with Independent Agencies by scheduling and conducting meetings with their decision-makers and executive leaders. You'll use your knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop our company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.

    + Proactively identify and secure new agency partnerships. You'll develop comprehensive sales plans tailored to agencies and the brands they work with, finishing a strategic plan to achieve revenue goals.

    + Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. You'll be responsible for generating incremental revenue for brands and agencies that we don't currently work with, acquiring, developing, and closing new agency relationships to apply the Epsilon Data platform.

    + You'll lead towards business development critical metrics around driving net new Advanced TV campaign revenue.

    Collaboration and Alignment:

    + You'll collaborate with internal teams, including client growth, product development, marketing, and analytics, to ensure the alignment of data offerings with the diverse requirements of agencies.

    Market Insights and Innovation:

    + Understand competitive differentiators in a dynamic online advertising landscape. You'll stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts among agencies.

    + You'll identify new opportunities, innovations, and emerging data-driven strategies that can benefit these organizations.

    + You'll also work with the product team to help share customer insights to craft our product.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    + You'll apply sales performance data to generate reports, analyze results, and present findings to senior management.

    + You'll make data-driven recommendations for future strategies and developments

    New Logo/Agency Pursuit:

    + Identify and own the pursuit of targeted new logo/agency business. You'll proactively identify and cultivate new business prospects while developing crucial resources.

    + You'll develop proposals that position the full range of Epsilon’s capabilities and data solutions.

    Who You Are

    + **What you’ll bring with you:**

    + Deep existing relationships with most mid-tier and independent agencies.

    + Video investment lead contacts at agencies outside of Publicis Groupe.

    + Over 10 years of experience in sales, specializing in data-driven products or TV media sales.

    + Proven leadership experience in sales roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and encouraging strong client relationships.

    + Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the Advanced TV space, including addressable TV, CTV, and OTT.

    + A comprehensive understanding of data-driven technologies and analytics in TV, and how to demonstrate them for client success.

    + Bachelor’s degree in BA, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

    + Established history of developing and leading all aspects of relationships with mid and high-level agency contacts in charge of TV budgets for major TV brands.

    + A strong history of consistently exceeding sales quotas in highly competitive markets, specifically within data-driven TV or media.

    + Consistent track record to strategically identify and close net new business opportunities, rapidly growing market share beyond existing relationships.

    + Expertise in translating complex data solutions into compelling, client-centric value propositions, resulting in increased product penetration and long-term partnerships.

    + Engage clients by providing personalized mentorship on navigating the evolving TV industry to improve their return on investment.

    + Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills, enabling you to successfully lead discussions at all organizational levels, including the C-suite.

    Base Salary: $175,000 - $250,000

     

    In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
