    Overview

     

    Represent Publicis Marketing Services in the Chicago territory by delivering outstanding customer service and effectively selling our product line to ensure customer retention, happiness, and dedication. This role is pivotal in maintaining and growing our client base by providing proven solutions and using brand new technology.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Consistently meet sales targets by selling Publicis Products to clients in the assigned market area.

    + Provide proactive consultative services to ensure dedication and retention of our customers.

    + Review product performance and suggest improvements to enhance program efficiency.

    + Identify the need for additional products and services and communicate these needs appropriately.

    + Develop and recommend direct mail promotions to address client concerns in a timely manner.

    + Manage territory activities to optimize support for key customers.

    + Collaborate with dealer Marketing Consultants to reach sales targets and customer happiness.

    + Maintain and grow relationships with local OEM field representatives within the territory.

    + Actively participate in resolving customer concerns and turnaround attempts, providing consistent support and service.

    + Solve existing issues and determine solutions to prevent future concerns.

    + Maintain detailed and accurate records in Salesforce.com of activities, phone conversations, outcomes, and any other pertinent client interactions.

    + Assist with the rollout of new sales programs/products by reviewing materials for accuracy and providing feedback for improvement.

    + Support company objectives by applying values to all communications, decisions, and actions.

    + Respond to regional and corporate requests for information and provide follow-up support.

    **Qualifications** :

    + Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.

    + Effective written and verbal interaction abilities.

    + Excellent interpersonal skills.

    + Basic computer skills required, with proficiency in Salesforce.com being a plus.

    Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

    In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
