    About the role

     

    RCTS, an ALS global company, is a leader in the field of clinical testing with an opening for a full-time Quality Assurance Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. This is an onsite position. The successful candidate will join a team that provides clinical testing services to many of the world's best-known consumer product companies.

     

    Successful candidates will join a fast paced, positive team with a reputation for excellence in clinical testing that is part of a larger global organization of over 17,000 employees in over 60 countries. At RCTS you will join a team that provides clinical testing services to many of the world's leading cosmetic, consumer product and pharmaceutical companies.

    Duties Include but not limited to:

    + Ensuring data integrity in clinical study documents, processes, and Oils and Lubricants.

    + Auditing clinical studies in progress.

    + Reviewing study documents.

    + Interfacing with Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), Clinical Research Managers (CRMs), technical and recruiting staff.

    + Performing other quality assurance and quality control tasks for clinical studies and the facility

    About you:

    + Bachelor’s Degree required

    + Must be highly detail-oriented

    + Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written skills

    + Must be comfortable working with multiple project deadlines

    + Must be able to work 8-hour shifts scheduled between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm

    + Some experience in quality oversight, monitoring or assurance is required

    + Experience in the clinical research industry and familiarity with ICH/GCPs are highly preferred

    Working conditions:

    + Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time, up to eight (8) hours per business day

    + Must be able to stand, bend, push, pull, stoop and crouch frequently while performing the duties of this position

    + Must be able to lift (with both hands) and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move heavier loads with assistance
