    Our Higher Ed team is currently seeking a **National Account Manager** to join our team. In this role, you will build and expand relationships with key Private Sector institutions. You will drive account strategy, negotiate complex deals, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet client needs and align with our organizational goals. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with strong relationship-building skills, a proven ability to execute on sales strategies, and expertise in leading negotiation conversations around contracts. The ideal candidate will excel at fostering partnerships, driving business growth, and navigating complex discussions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.     This position works remotely and the territory consists of accounts in multiple states and time zones. Overnight stay and air travel is required for on-campus and in-person meetings with accounts across the territory. A valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50 percent of the year are required for this position.

    What you will be doing:

    + Own and grow a portfolio of strategic national and regional accounts.

    + Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

    + Cultivate relationships with key decision makers in the C-suite and across the institution.

    + Lead contract negotiations and RFP responses.

    + Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Platform, and Marketing to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

    + Stay informed of industry trends, policy changes, and competitor offerings to anticipate customer needs.

    + Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting to leadership.

    + Represent the company at client meetings and conferences.

    We're looking for someone with:

    + Bachelor's degree required.

    + 5+ years of demonstrable sales success with Enterprise sales experience highly preferred.

    + Experience managing sales processes with multiple stakeholders and negotiating contracts.

    + Strong collaboration skills and desire to work in a cross-functional, team oriented environment.

    + Superior presentation and communication skills.

    + A valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

    As this position requires traveling by car and plane, we require candidates to have a valid driver’s license with the ability travel in the assigned territory. The pay range for this position is between $80,000 - 120,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual sales incentive plan is included as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
