    Job Overview

     

    TRICOR Insurance, proudly recognized as a 2025 Great Place to Work® Certified organization, is hiring a **Receptionist** to support our team and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role can be based out of our **Lancaster or Dubuque offices** , or from **any TRICOR location within one hour of Madison, Wisconsin** .

    What You’ll Do:

    + Professionally answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments

    + Sort and distribute incoming mail and correspondence efficiently

    + Coordinate office supply orders for multiple locations

    + Support marketing and internal teams with project-based tasks

    + Maintain a welcoming and dependable presence for clients, carriers, and colleagues

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently

    + Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
