    Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

    Role Summary:

    NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises Creative Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting and promoting operational excellence within the Creative team.

     

    This role involves supporting the Creative team in the development and execution of Creative and Desing materials for all Marketing campaigns for Telemundo Network. The position entails managing project deliverables, coordinating resources, and serving as a central communication hub between creative producers, designers, project managers, marketing, and key stakeholders.

     

    The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of a creative and design operation, from workflows and processes, to both creative and design file formats, as well as excellent planning and time management skills, and the ability to enhance productivity while maintaining high-quality creative output.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support the Creative team by coordinating and assigning incoming requests, tracking development and delivery dates, and ensuring alignment and approvals with all stakeholders.

    + Maintain up-to-date tracking documentation in project management tools.

    + Schedule and participate in team meetings to ensure alignment, document key action items, and follow up to maintain progress on creative and design development.

    + Gather information and assist in analyzing project workload, identifying resource needs, and coordinating support through freelancers or vendors.

    + Promote adherence to established workflows and processes to ensure operational excellence.

    + Ensure all creative and design deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, network standards, and legal compliance.

    + Assist Business Operations with tracking project budgets, vendor bids, and vendor contracts.

    + Provide quality control support to ensure design and creative assets meet technical specifications for various platforms.

    + Promote and enforce legal standards for creative and design assets across campaign executions.

    + Offer administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations for the creative and design teams.

    Skills & Experience:

    + 1-3 years of experience in a creative, design, or operations role, preferably in a media, entertainment or broadcast environment.

    + Strong understanding of creative, design, and production workflows, including on-air, digital, and social content creation.

    + Familiarity with various graphic assets, file formats, and technical specifications.

    + Basic proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D.

    + Proficiency in project management tools and software.

    + Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience liaising between creative teams, stakeholders, and executives.

    + Detail-oriented with strong follow-through to ensure project completion and success.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and file-sharing platforms (Dropbox, Google Drive).

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    + Willingness to work outside regular office hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

    + Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
