    Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

    Overview:

    NBCU seeks a self-driven Coordinator to help request and manage Owned & Paid NBC Entertainment multiplatform campaign deliverables, including video spots, lower third graphics/snipes and in-event promotional assets. The NBC Multiplatform Coordinator will assist with the following:

    Responsibilities:

    + Support the Multiplatform Scheduling & the Paid Media Teams to manage promotional asset requests tied to premiere plans, campaign rollouts and stunt strategies based on programming and company priorities.

    + Submit and communicate promo content needs to ensure all necessary campaigns and creatives are developed by the Entertainment team to fulfill plans across Paid Media, On-Air, Affiliates, Digital, Streaming, platforms

    + Evaluate the Production Media Agency report from and enter relevant information into our request interface and update with relevant promotional codes, tagging, traffic instructions, etc.

    + Enter video spot and lower third graphic/snipe request data in our project management and scheduling tools

    + Create all promotional asset metadata: codes, versions, flight dates, lengths, etc. ensuring most up to date and accurate information is maintained at all times

    + Track program scheduling changes, creative revisions, delivery status and media team needs and update all respective documents and stakeholders as needed

    + Work closely with internal project management and content finishing teams, as well as external vendors/agencies to ensure deliverables and timelines are met

    + Attend ongoing asset need meetings with marketing team stakeholders and compile all relevant information and promotional requests

    + Collaboration across multiple internal and external teams, staying up to date with everchanging priorities in a fast-paced environment

    + Additional responsibilities, special projects and tasks assigned as needed

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Experience with Project Management tools and Trafficking Systems

    + Experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.)

    + General knowledge of video production and post-production

    + Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

    + Clear and professional communication skills (both written and verbal)

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Awareness of and genuine interest in the state of Media & Entertainment Industry and Ad Sales trends.

    + Excellent relationship-building skills

    + Self-starter who is assertive, enthusiastic, and highly motivated

    Additional Requirements:

    + Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    + This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
