    Job Summary

    Deliver unforgettable events from pitch to plate! As Catering Sales Manager, you'll drive event bookings, build client relationships, and coordinate with operations to execute seamless catering experiences. Your creativity, organization, and passion for hospitality will turn client visions into reality.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sales, or related field preferred

    + 3+ years of experience in catering or event sales

    + Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a hospitality setting

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Strong knowledge of catering trends, menus, and service execution

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Secure and manage catering event sales from inquiry to execution

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

    + Create customized proposals and conduct venue walkthroughs

    + Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to align on event logistics

    + Meet or exceed sales goals and track performance metrics

    + Maintain accurate records in CRM and event planning systems

    + Represent Levy at industry and client networking events
