Experienced Per Diem FNP or PA | Same Day Care Show Low/Lakeside, AZ

Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the countrys premier nonprofit healthcare organizations, is hiring an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Same Day Care Clinic Team in the scenic White Mountains of Arizona.

This opportunity is ideal for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing a wide variety of acute conditions, and values the autonomy to practice in a supportive, community-focused rural setting.

Clinic & Schedule Details:

+ Outpatient same-day/walk-in care

+ Open MondaySaturday, 8am to 6pm | Closed Sundays

+ Flexible, as-needed 10-hour shifts

+ No call required

+ Onsite imaging available

+ Supported by Medical Assistants, front office staff, and a network of specialists

Qualifications:

+ 1+ year experience in urgent care, same-day, or family practice

+ Skilled in procedures such as sutures, splinting, I&D, wound care, etc.

+ FNP or PA with active Arizona license

+ DEA with prescriptive authority

+ National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) and current BLS

+ Comfortable treating patients of all ages

+ Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality care
