Job Summary:
KBR is seeking an FMS Sr. Program Analyst to join our Team! This position supports the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) System Security Cooperation Office (SSCO) FMS office in Patuxent River, MD. In this role you will performs critical program management, FMS Logistics business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems.
Program Summary:
The System Security Cooperation Office ( SSCO) is part of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAS). The SSCO at NAS Patuxent River, MD, plays a crucial role in advancing U.S. strategic objectives through supporting key allied and international partners. They do this by facilitating the acquisition, training, and sustainment of U.S. defense systems, particularly on behalf of the Naval Aviation Enterprise.
Role and Responsibilities:
+ Performs critical program management, FMS Logistics business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provides recommendations to support various aspects of FMS Programs and ensure program success.
+ Manages a diverse group of KBR FMS professional currently supporting Program Management and Logistical activities for a variety of NAVAIR FMS programs.
+ Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives and analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules. Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
+ Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
+ Tracks program/project/Task Order status and schedules.
+ Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
+ Provides program analysis support for all aspects of the FMS and Share Point programs.
+ Participates as a member of and/or supports the overall FMS Programs and various NAVAIR IPTs. Collect, compile, organize and interpret program/technical/Logistical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and FMS Programs.
+ Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.
+ Initiates, plans, develops, implements, and maintains Share Point sites in support of FMS Programs throughout the NAVAIR FMS enterprise
Basic Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and four (4) years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a master’s degree or university and 10 plus years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, life cycle management, analysis, or planning.
+ Expert knowledge of SECNAV, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) forms related to Planning Programming and Budgeting System (PPBS), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPR), Work Requests, Requisitions, CDRLs, and DD254 is required.
+ Experience must include program/project status, Share Point development and managing their associated schedules.
+ Prior experience preparing and presenting data for senior leadership in a technical role.
+ Must have an active secret level security clearance required.
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
+ 40 hours/week
Compensation:
+ $155,540 - $233,310
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.
