Arlluk Technology Solutions,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Business Analyst/ Tester with a Secret security clearance to support **ATS** and our government customer. **This is a remote opportunity.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

+ Elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications from various stakeholders.

+ Translate complex business requirements and processes into clear, actionable technical requirements and solutions for development team.

+ Develop, implement, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.

+ Conduct various types of testing, including system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

+ Thoroughly document application functionality, test results, and identified defects, ensuring clear communication for technical and client resolution.

+ Provide quality assurance by adhering to the industry best practices in testing and requirements management.

+ Provide input into estimating testing level of effort and complexity for quality assurance tasks.

+ Provide input into project/task scheduling for testing activities.

+ Troubleshoot functional issues, analyze defects, and collaborate with the development team for timely resolution.

+ Effectively assist with user support, reporting community questions, and inquiries related to application functionality.

+ Organize and execute formal training sessions with users as needed, particularly for new features or system updates.

Qualifications:

+ Secret Clearance (Required)

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and/or software testing for web-based applications.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience managing internal or client-facing projects related to software implementation, testing, and troubleshooting clients’ functional issues.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing existing business processes, data, and tools to identify areas for improvement and validate requirements.

+ Proven ability to effectively assist with user support / reporting community questions and inquiries.

+ Demonstrated ability to organize and execute formal training with users as needed.

+ Strong experience with requirements gathering methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile/Scrum).

+ Solid experience with JIRA.

+ Proficiency in designing and executing test cases using various test design techniques.

+ Experience with Oracle DB and SQL for data validation and troubleshooting data-related issues.

+ Experience troubleshooting stored procedures, functions, and triggers to investigate data discrepancies.

+ Expert analytical, critical thinking, written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

+ Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Word).

+ Ability to work effectively as a member of a government-led multi-functional team.

+ Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Good to Have - But Not Required:

+ Experience with DoD rules, regulations, and policies.

+ Business Analyst or Quality Assurance certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, ISTQB).

+ Security+ or A+ certification.

+ Understanding of software architecture and design principles.

+ Experience with data modeling concepts and advanced database querying for data validation.

+ Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

+ Experience with Toad for Oracle.

+ Experience with Toad for JIRA.

+ Experience with automation testing concepts and tools.

+ Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio.
