How will you make an impact in this role?
Brief description:
The Finance Automation COE team is part of the Finance Technology Data & Transformation (FTD&T) group and interacts with a variety of groups across Finance & Controllership to improve their processes through optimization and incorporating various forms of automation and next-generation tools.
We are looking for a motivated colleague who is collaborative and passionate about transforming processes using automation and technology tools to solve difficult business issues. The ideal candidate is expected to have combination of technical knowledge, product ownership, project management and a strong will to grow and learn. The individual will report to Finance Automation COE Director and will be based in Phoenix, USA. The position is expected to lead sizable and multi-year automation projects for Regulatory Reporting Fast Forward and related finance processes, including process analysis, solution design and partner with technical teams to deploy solutions for various finance processes.
The responsibilities of this role include:
+ Innovative and analytical mindset and experience in evaluating Finance and Controllership processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
+ Demonstrated strategic thought leadership; superior problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to assess business objectives/strategies and define/implement appropriate strategies. Proactive, and collaborative work style.
+ Perform Product Owner role for FBPM and ACE to deliver and manage various regulatory reporting fast forward fiancé projects developed under Automation COE. The role is expected to collaborate with team of project managers, other product owners, SMEs & technical resources working on building finance automation solutions.
+ Demonstrated hands-on knowledge and understanding of architecture, requirements analysis, applications systems design and integration, with a detailed understanding of applicable programming methodologies.
+ Experience in working with Technologies, SMEs, and Systems to understand requirements, assess functional and system flows & linkages, and partner with development resources to recommend optimal POA design.
+ Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to interact with and present to all levels of the organization.
+ Proven ability to build and leverage relationships and influence key partners to drive collaboration.
+ Experience with process analytics, refinement, and reporting tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy & Power BI is preferred.
+ Experience with coaching and mentoring colleagues on Product Management & development. Able to lead & manage colleagues &/or consultants.
+ Ability to learn new software and processes under tight deadlines. Exposure to Agile methodology, ability to document and coordinate with SMEs and development resources during delivery life cycle.
Skills Required
+ Innovative mindset and experience in evaluating business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

+ Product Owner experience of automation tools and capabilities like Data Watch, ML, Business Process Management (BPM) and open-source capabilities is highly desired. Development & delivery of projects by using any of the tools will be a plus.
+ Requires hands-on knowledge and understanding of architecture, database design & development, requirements analysis, applications systems design and integration, with a detailed understanding of applicable programming methodologies.
+ Experience to the automation tools and programing languages like SQL, open-source coding (like Python), ETL tools (like DW), Power Platforms, RPA, ACE is preferred.
+ Ability to identify risk & controls for capabilities built & associated functions in highly regulatory environment is required. Experience with documentation and coordination with control management teams, SMEs and development resources during delivery life cycle.
+ Superior problem-solving and analytical skills, strong learning agility, curiosity and willingness to embrace new challenges.
+ Exposure to agile methodologies, ability to coordinate multiple priorities at once and work in a dynamic, time-critical environment.
+ Knowledge of Finance functions desired.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technologies or similar field preferred.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
