    Job Description

    Work Arrangement:

**Hybrid:** This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Technical/Innovation Center in Mountain View (CA) or Warren (MI) three times per week, at minimum. This position can be located at either of these 2 locations.

    The Role

We’re seeking a **Senior Product Manager** to help shape the future of **OnStar Services** — a high-impact individual contributor who thrives in complexity, embraces bold thinking, and turns strategy into action.

In this role, you’ll help define and deliver the next generation of OnStar Services. You’ll focus on product vision, strategy, and execution — working across engineering, design, program, marketing, sales, and other teams to bring connected vehicle innovations to life for millions of customers.

You are a strategic and curious product thinker who connects the dots between technology, user needs, and business outcomes. You bring a strong understanding of emerging trends in automotive, connectivity, and AI, and you’re energized by the opportunity to create meaningful, high-impact experiences. You excel at building alignment across teams, navigating ambiguity with confidence, and making principled, data-informed decisions with high conviction. Above all, you advocate for the customer and push boundaries to deliver exceptional product experiences.

    What You’ll Do

    - Help define and support the execution of the product vision and strategy for OnStar Services

    - Contribute to long-term strategic planning (LTP) by identifying new opportunities that drive growth and deliver value across the vehicle lifecycle

    - Lead product initiatives that span multiple teams, driving clarity, alignment, and momentum across complex problem spaces

    - Conduct customer research, analyze user behavior, and benchmark competitors to uncover insights and inform product decisions

    - Translate insights into clear, actionable product requirements — including user stories, use cases, business cases, and success metrics

    - Create and maintain product backlogs, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility

    - Partner with cross-functional teams — including engineering, design, program, marketing, sales, data and product integration — to align on goals and ensure successful delivery

    - Develop product artifacts that clearly communicate strategy and progress, including roadmaps, narratives, vision documents, and PRFAQs

    - Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring OnStar Services deliver intuitive, valuable, and future-ready experiences

    - Represent the intersection of customer insight and business strategy, helping teams make confident, customer-centric decisions
