Position Summary** **:

Located in Marysville, OH, you will engage in exploration and development projects, along with other R&D activities for prominent coffee brands such as NESCAFE and Starbucks. After completing an initial training period of 3-6 months to understand the instant coffee production process and White K-Cup product integration, you will collaborate closely with our R&D Specialists and Experts to innovate and develop cutting-edge technologies and products.

Primary Responsibilities** **:

+ Contribute to major innovation projects focused on developing future coffee technologies and new products recipes

+ Coordinate bench scale and pilot scale trials

+ Participate in the design of new processes and new recipes

+ Assist Specialists and Experts in calculating the carbon impact of projects for I2L sustainability deliverables

+ Analyze trial data and consolidate findings

+ Document project progress through presentations and reports

+ Provide regular project updates to stakeholders

+ Engage in training to continuously enhance competencies

+ Collaborate with Engineering, Science, Pilot Plant, Sensory, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams

Requirements and Minimum Education Level:

+ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Processing, Chemical Engineering, or another related field

+ Previous professional experience a plus

+ Innovation spirit, breakthrough thinking

+ Curious, open minded, dynamic, autonomous profile

+ Good communication skills

+ Must be able to work in cross functional team
