As a Senior Enterprise Transformation Professional supporting Humana’s Insurance Segment, you can be a part of driving transformational projects and initiatives. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced project leader to join our Shared Services team to partner and work closely with business owners and project sponsors. This is a remote position but work hours will align with Eastern Standard Time.
The Enterprise Transformation project manager is responsible for managing all phases of the project life cycle to ensure delivery of sustainable business outcomes on time and within budget. They foster flexibility in how to achieve the desired results and use industry tools and best practices to structure and organize the work to consistently deliver high quality results. They embrace business agility and adapt plans as necessary and work in a team-based and matrixed environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
+ Review expectations and deliverables prepared by senior leadership, business owners and senior level project managers
+ Build project plans to manage scope, schedule, costs, quality, human resources, communications, risks, procurement, and stakeholders
+ Oversee execution of planned work performed by team members
+ Apply internal processes and enforce project standards such as Charter, Project Plan, Risk/Issues Tracking, Status Reports, etc.
+ Develop clear and concise documentation (i.e., meeting agendas, project documentation, action items, etc.)
+ Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner
+ Conduct procurements and close contracts
+ Ensure quality reviews are held for all work products

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 5 or more years of experience executing the project management lifecycle to improve business processes, products and/or consumer experience
+ Experience leading cross-functional teams while communicating with various levels of management
+ Strong presentation skills and ability to defend a position with senior management
+ Proficiency in business consulting and/or operational leadership experience
+ Regular use of Microsoft 365 tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.
Preferred Qualifications
+ PMP certification
+ Experience with Agile Methodologies
+ Knowledge and/or experience in a healthcare services setting
+ Knowledge and/or experience in a Shared Services organization
+ Proficiency in Lucid collaboration tools
Work-At-Home Requirements
To ensure Work-At-Home employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:
+ At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
+ Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
+ Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
+ Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
+ Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$94,900 - $130,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
