Our client, a **leading organization in the Commercial Banking sector** , is seeking a **Business Analyst** to join their team. As a **Business Analyst** , you will be part of the **Technology & Operations** department supporting **Commercial Banking and Process Improvement teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong communication** , **attention to detail** , and a **self-starter mindset** , which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

+ Gather and document business requirements; write clear, actionable user stories in JIRA

+ Create and maintain detailed process flows and recommend process improvements

+ Develop and manage all system documentation, including field definitions and functionality

+ Partner with QA to develop test plans and ensure product meets requirements

+ Interview SMEs to extract and document functional and non-functional requirements

What’s Needed?

+ 5+ years of **functional Business Analyst experience** in financial services or health insurance

+ Proficiency in **JIRA** , BRDs, process flows, and user story creation

+ Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders

+ Experience with tools like **Rally, Blueprint, or similar** for requirements tracking

+ Familiarity with **Six Sigma, ITIL, or COBIT** process improvement methodologies
