Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to join their team. As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting various loan servicing functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Loan Servicing Specialist

**Location:** Ft Cavazos, TX

**Pay Rate:** $14.50 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Manage and process loan servicing transactions accurately and efficiently.

+ Assist customers with inquiries regarding their loans and payment options.

+ Maintain accurate records of loan servicing activities and customer interactions.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

+ Identify and escalate any issues or discrepancies in loan servicing processes.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
