Our client located in **Santa Rosa, CA** , a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an **Accounts Receivable Specialist II** to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist II, you will be part of the accounting department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Accounts Receivable Specialist II

**Location:** Santa Rosa, CA

**Pay Range:** $27 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Daily invoicing for non-GC Build projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

+ Save contracts, change orders, invoices, and payments to the accounting server.

+ Reconcile project accounts to A/R and issue final invoices.

+ Update cash flow sheets with change orders, invoices, and payments.

+ Assist with accounts payable tasks, including matching vendor invoices to checks.

What's Needed?

+ Proficiency in typing with a minimum requirement of 55 WPM.

+ Ability to perform 10-key data entry with a minimum requirement of 25 WPM.

+ Basic knowledge of Excel, including the ability to create formulas for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
